Introducing our November flavour of the month, Camembert. A wonderfully comforting flavour that is reminiscent of colder, autumn months and festive gatherings. A perfectly gooey Camembert is ideal for sharing with friends and family.

 

HISTORY

Camembert’s roots are closely tied to the Normandy region in France. The rich pastures of Normandy provide ideal conditions for dairy farming, and the region’s cows produce high-quality milk, which is essential for making top-quality Camembert. Our flavour is a great representation of the traditional Camembert flavour made from raw milk.

 

THE FLAVOUR

As it ripens, Camembert develops a deeper complexity — a subtle tang balanced by earthy, mushroom-like notes and a hint of sweetness that lingers on the palate. It’s the kind of flavour that feels like wrapping yourself in a warm blanket by the fire, indulgent yet familiar.
