Meet Our Culinary Ambassadors

Exploring the World. Inspiring Every Taste.

At the heart of our trend exploration are Casey Warrington and Jack Eskins, a flavour-chasing duo bringing global trends to life. Their journey spans the UK, Europe, and beyond, as they immerse themselves in flavour-forward cities such as London, Manchester, and Lyon to explore local cuisines, cooking techniques, and emerging trends.

Working closely with Nactarome’s technical and commercial teams, Casey and Jack transform global inspiration into scalable flavour, taste, and colour solutions, shaping annual trends and innovative concepts across all business lines.

JACK ESKINS
Senior Culinary Flavourist

With over 15 years experience as a culinary flavourist, Jack has always had a great interest in all things food and drink, from spices and flavour combinations to culinary dishes. He said “I hope to bring you some of the most innovative and exciting concepts from our travels. Our aim is to take inspiration right from the source and deliver concepts that directly transfer to a wide range of applications.”

CASEY WARRINGTON
Sweet and Beverage Applications Lead

Casey brings a wealth of passion, experience, and joy to the table. Before joining Nactarome Ltd five years ago, she worked as Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant. She said, “I am eager to share my love for culinary exploration with my colleagues and customers alike, transforming experiences into ideas, and ideas into products.”

In 2024, their travels took them to the American South, where they experienced Memphis in May, one of the world’s most iconic BBQ festivals, and joined the judging panel for the Best Rib competition. This May, Casey and her team — Casey and the Condiments — also showcased their BBQ expertise at the King of the Q Competition in Cornwall, testing bold new flavour ideas.

Investing in Insight-Led Innovation

Understanding future trends is more than intuition – it demands rigorous research and real-world observation.

We identify emerging food and beverage trends and translate them into natural flavour, taste, and colour solutions. Each year, our insights are informed by global research from leaders like Innova Market Insights, Mintel, and Thefoodpeople. Our approach combines both top-down and bottom-up perspectives, considering a range of factors that shape emerging trends. These include social, environmental, and governance issues, along with shifts in consumer behaviours and demographic patterns.

The UK: A Hub for Food Innovation

Trends move fast – from street food to retail, the UK sets the pace for global flavour adoption.

With a multicultural food landscape and a culture of experimentation, the UK accelerates trend testing and scaling. Chefs and food businesses here also lead in sustainability – from plant-forward menus to zero-waste cooking – influencing markets worldwide.

Rooted in European Culinary Excellence

Authenticity, and flavour with impact.

Europe is a hub of culinary mastery, where tradition meets creativity. From artisanal techniques to a focus on ingredient integrity and flavour balance, European food culture inspires every Nactarome solution.

By combining these rich culinary traditions with global insights, we deliver flavour innovations that are both trend-forward and credible.
