Nactarome Welcomes Andrea Cools as Group Quality, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Director

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Cools as Group Quality, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Director at Nactarome Group.
As Nactarome continues to grow across Europe, including through new acquisitions, this Group role has been created to support consistent governance, alignment and implementation in Quality and Sustainability across the organisation.
The role will:
• Drive a consistent Group approach to Quality and Sustainability
• Enable clear application of Group frameworks across all sites, including newly acquired ones
• Work in close collaboration with Group Procurement and Group Regulatory Affairs to ensure aligned decision-making and implementation
• Strengthen Group alignment while respecting local expertise and site-specific realities
• Contribute to Group-wide process assessments and gap analyses
