Nactarome SpA acquires Doscadesa Group in Spain and Paxman Ltd. in Greece, strengthening their presence in Southern Europe

Nactarome SpA acquires Doscadesa Group in Spain and Paxman Ltd. in Greece, strengthening their presence in Southern Europe and enhancing capabilities for the savoury and non-alcoholic beverage markets.

Nactarome, a fast-growing global developer and manufacturer of natural flavour, taste and colour solutions for the food and beverage industry, headquartered near Milan, Italy and majority-owned by TA Associates, announces today that it has acquired Doscadesa Group in Spain and Paxman Ltd. in Greece.

Doscadesa, founded in 1939 and headquartered in Molina de Segura (Murcia), specializes in the development of functional blends, spices, and technical solutions for the food industry, particularly in the meat sector. With a well-established presence in Europe and Latin America, Doscadesa brings robust application knowledge and a complementary product portfolio to enhance Nactarome’s offering.

Paxman, located outside of Patras, Greece, has been active for almost fifty years in the development and manufacturing of flavors, emulsions and compounds for soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages. They further deepen Nactarome’s existing capabilities in beverage applications with their strong technical expertise and product lines that are highly complementary to Nactarome’s existing platform.

These two new additions to the Nactarome Group follow the recent acquisitions of Claremont Ingredients in the UK, Plantex in France, Alfaterna in Italy, Geus in Croatia, and Flavence in Belgium that were completed in 2025. Thus Nactarome significantly expands its geographical footprint, technological capabilities and range of solutions it offers to the food & beverage industry.
