Umai Range
On Liebiglaan street in Belgium, named for Justus von Liebig, the inventor of Liebig meat extract, Nactarome has been producing since 1958 a full range of fine bouillons and savoury notes, inspired by the rich tradition of home-style cooking. This long-standing expertise comes through in well-known brands like LiebEX and LiebAROM, offering culinary solutions for stocks, broths, sauces, condiments, snacks, ready-made meals, meat & meatless vegan alternatives and much more.
Marinades
Our marinade range adds taste and visual appeal to meat, vegetable, and plant-based applications, offering authentic chef-style results in a variety of colours, carriers, forms, and textures. These include oil- and water-based marinades that are palm oil-free, with excellent heat & storage stability and superior coating properties; powder marinades that are highly dispersable in an easy-to-dose format, rich in herb and spice content for a natural visual and flavour impact; and sugar-based marinades to allow the Maillard reaction that ignites brown notes during the cooking process.
Nut Pastes
Our Sévarome nut pastes are manufactured out of high-quality nuts sourced in key markets worldwide, which enables us to offer certified-organic and provenanced ranges, including the premium Sicilian pistachio. The range includes single nut pastes, such as pistachio, almond, hazelnut, walnut, pecan, and cashew, as well as indulgent sweet combinations, like gianduja, nougat, tiramisú or praline. We also offer allergen-free flavourings that offer the complex taste and aroma of nut varieties.
Aromatic Caramel by Royal Buisman
An iconic brand with over 150 years of experience, Royal Buisman is a leading producer of natural, clean label, caramelised ingredients used across Europe, South-East Asia and North America. Royal Buisman has mastered the art of producing caramelised sugars with a very rich aroma and high level of stability, giving deep yellow to dark brown colour shades to food & beverage products. They are available in both liquid and powder form and are carrier-free.
