Nactarome announces the creation of Nactarome North Africa

Nactarome, a fast-growing European developer and manufacturer specialising in natural flavour, taste and colour solutions for the food and beverage industries, headquartered near Milan (Italy) and majority-owned by TA Associates, today announces the signing of a joint‑venture giving rise to Nactarome North Africa.

This new entity aims to support food industry players in Algeria by offering high-quality flavours and ingredients produced locally. It is part of a drive to develop national excellence in the field of flavours, drawing on the recognised expertise of the group’s European specialists.

Nactarome North Africa is now operational and ready to meet the needs of Algerian companies and support them in their innovation projects. The launch of local flavour production is planned for September 2026, with an industrial facility currently in its final stages of completion.

The company also pays particular attention to enhancing local resources such as dates, carob and citrus fruits. By combining these raw materials from Algerian terroir with its aromatic expertise, Nactarome North Africa intends to offer solutions that are both authentic and innovative, while contributing to showcasing the country’s agricultural wealth.

Nactarome North Africa will be present at the Djazagro trade fair, from 12 to 15 April 2026, offering industry professionals the opportunity to discover its expertise, innovative solutions and tailored support.

Through this initiative, Nactarome aims to strengthen the agility of Algerian companies by facilitating their access to quality ingredients, in service of their innovation and development.
